Too often, lawyers believe that the volume of their voice validates their argument. At Wigington LLP, we do things differently. We are dedicated to asking the hard questions, developing the strongest argument based on the law to advocate for our clients, and offering solutions to the issues they face.

About Megan

Megan worked as a legal intern for both the City Attorney’s Office of Gainesville, Florida, and the University of North Georgia. In those internship roles, Megan gained valuable experience working as in-house counsel. This experience sparked her interest in university representation and her appreciation for contract drafting, implementation of preventative practice policies, and procedures.

Since her admission to the Georgia bar, Megan has assisted clients with business disputes, contract drafting, and employment law issues, and she has provided investigative services to businesses and universities. Megan also has experience working with and providing general advice for municipal government entities. She enjoys assisting businesses of all sizes by providing general business advising, as well as litigating disputes.

Megan’s experiences working with clients from both an in-house perspective and as an attorney working in a firm provide her with a strong understanding of the issues her clients are facing. Understanding both sides allows her to provide advice that not only helps her clients face difficulties with confidence but also assists in creating policies and procedures that will work to avoid future issues.
