The way clients do business has evolved and lawyers need to develop litigation strategies that match those changes to best meet their clients' goals.  Nevertheless, lawyers still need to be prepared to go to trial and pursue victory. That is our firm’s goal for every client in every matter.

About Cody

As an experienced trial lawyer, Cody focuses his practice on litigation, government enforcement defense, and investigations. He developed and honed his litigation skills while practicing at two of the most prestigious law firms in the country.

Cody has represented many prominent companies in high-stakes commercial litigation, has experience with internal investigations, and has helped clients efficiently manage large portfolios of litigated matters.  He has represented insurance companies, their insureds, and self-insured companies in high exposure cases, including as crisis counsel when prior counsel failed to prevent entry of a large verdict. Cody has also represented numerous small businesses faced with unexpected litigation that threatened the businesses’ profitability.

While preparing clients and their cases for trial, Cody also recognizes that his clients are businesses and individuals that often have goals outside of simply winning at trial.  That is why he works to develop and execute value-added litigation strategies to help his clients reach their goals.

With this experience, Cody has founded this litigation boutique to serve a wider range of businesses and individuals, increase efficiency in litigation, and implement appropriate technology to better serve his clients.
